Orders are generally shipped within 7 days, larger orders may take longer. Our standard shipping and handling charge is $9.00 per shipment. If actual shipping charge are greater than $9.00, then shipping charges will be billed at cost

Most orders are shipped by US Priority mail, but larger boxes are shipped UPS or FedEx. If you have a shipping account with fedEx or UPS you can supply us your account number by E-mail.

With prior approval, you may return defective merchandise and we will work to replace within 10 days. Damages during shipment should be resolved by the shipping company. Please contact us for best arrangement.
